Successfully HR Ltd provides HR consultancy services, including the preparation of HR policies, letters, employment documentation, and advisory support. These services are not legal services, and Successfully HR Ltd is not a law firm.
2. No Legal Advice
Any guidance, documentation, templates, or recommendations (“HR Materials”) supplied by Successfully HR Ltd are for general HR purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Employment law is subject to change, and the application of the law depends on the employer’s specific circumstances. Clients are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice where required.

Successfully HR Ltd may highlight where legal review is advisable (e.g., restrictive covenants, commission structures, IP/confidentiality clauses, complex working arrangements, redundancies, TUPE).
The decision to obtain such review rests solely with the Client, and Successfully HR Ltd cannot accept liability where HR Materials are used without appropriate legal review.

Successfully HR Ltd maintains appropriate professional indemnity insurance and can provide evidence upon request.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any business‑sensitive information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Data Protection
Where Successfully HR Ltd processes personal data on the Client’s behalf, both parties will comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. A separate Data Processing Agreement may be issued where required.
9. Ownership & Use of HR Materials
HR Materials created as part of paid work may be used internally by the Client but may not be reproduced, resold, or shared externally without written permission from Successfully HR Ltd.

Any changes to the scope, deliverables, or timelines must be agreed in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of England and Wales.
