My Story
I’m based in Sleaford, providing HR consultancy that supports SMEs across Lincolnshire with practical and tailored HR services that are clear, compliant, and genuinely helpful on a day-to-day basis. With over 15 years of HR experience, a Master’s degree in HR Management, and Chartered MCIPD (Level 7) accreditation, I bring a wealth of knowledge to local businesses.
My career began in South East London, where I grew up, and I spent many years in the City of London, working for one of the world’s largest investment banks. This experience equipped me with a strong foundation in best practices, risk management, and navigating sensitive employee relations issues with fairness and consistency. I also recognized the importance of HR being human, not just policy-led.
In 2024, my family and I decided to move to Lincolnshire to be closer to relatives and to step away from the hustle and bustle of city life. I’m married with two children, aged 11 and 12, and neurodiversity plays a significant role in our family life. My son has diagnoses of autism and dyslexia, while my daughter also faces challenges with dyslexia. This has shaped my work approach, emphasizing clear communication, inclusive thinking, and practical adjustments that enable individuals to perform at their best. I’ve also completed certified training in understanding autism and remain committed to advancing knowledge of neurodiversity in the workplace.
Today, I leverage that blend of corporate rigor and real-world pragmatism to assist local SMEs, helping owners and managers build confident teams, address challenges early, and foster workplaces where everyone can thrive.
