About Successfully HR
My Story
I’m based in Sleaford, supporting SMEs across Lincolnshire with practical, tailored HR that’s clear, compliant, and genuinely helpful day to day. I bring over 15 years’ HR experience, a Master’s degree in HR Management, and I’m Chartered MCIPD (Level 7).
I started my career in South East London, where I grew up, and spent many years working in the City of London for one of the world’s largest investment banks. That experience gave me a strong foundation in best practice, risk management, and handling sensitive employee relations issues with fairness and consistency — but I also learned that people need HR to be human, not just “policy-led”.
In 2024, my family and I made the decision to move to Lincolnshire to be closer to family and step away from the hustle and bustle. I’m married with two children (11 and 12), and neurodiversity is a big part of our family life — my son has diagnoses of autism and dyslexia, and my daughter also has dyslexia. It’s shaped my approach to work: clear communication, inclusive thinking, and practical adjustments that help people perform at their best. I’ve also completed certified training in understanding autism and I’m committed to keeping up to date with neurodiversity in the workplace.
Today, I bring that mix of corporate rigour and real-world pragmatism to local businesses — helping owners and managers build confident teams, handle challenges early, and create workplaces where people can thrive.
